You HAVE to look at this house!!!!

I had a lovely email from Florence Michon, who is the owner of this stunning home in Picardy, France to say that she had seen her home on my blog. Florence also sent me a huge amount of images that aren't on her blog...straight away I gasped. It is stunning.
The house is De Charme guest house. I could stay here for sure!

The kitchen is so cozy and imagine waking up to a hearty breakfast, knowing you are 'living' in this beauty?
There are so many rooms to swoon over. I especially like the grey wall with that amazing white framed mirror, and of course the chairs!

I would imagine this image was from Christmas. I enlarged the photo and was loving all of the details Florence has added to this table...zinc place tags, white monogrammed napkins, beautiful silver ware, the little silver dogs to rest your knife on, the white cover and also the artichokes that are just like mine!
This home must have non stop dinner parties. There are so many gorgeous spaces to dine in. I love the grey walls and the white...so, so beautiful.
The bedrooms are so well thought out. Nothing has been forgotten.

Gorgeous linens, books, fluffy pillows, serene wall colours, soft lighting. This room is beautiful. I love the Carpe Diem on the wall and the bergere chairs in linen.

This house is amazing. Thank you so much Florence for letting me show these beautiful photos. There are more images, but I thought you should stop by Florence's blog http://goumyflo.canalblog.fr/
There are before and after shots of this home and loads more images...have fun!

Back To My Roots...

My head is pounding thinking about this barn store and I am sure you are over hearing about it so I am posting some shots that take me back to my roots of styling, decorating and of course, white, vanilla, cream......

The gorgeous Greet had this image on her blog, Belgian Pearls (a new fave of mine) a little while ago and I immediately fell in love. Probably a bit frou-frou for the direction I have gone lately...but gorgeous either way. It reminds me of an apartment in Paris with all of the decorative finishes and high ornate ceilings.

This is just me! matalasse linen, mirrored armoire, chandelier (I love them completely again!), white floors and white, white, white. I would love to have a nursery like this...not that I will be having any more babies...but one can dream!

Loving these two chaises covered in white with my favourite hint of soft grey and loads of texture. The canvas in the background is so beautiful.
All of the photos have reminded me what I am all about.

Don't Forget...

Valentines Day on Saturday.
How cute is this? If the Woman that was given this sweet little paper Eiffel Tower didn't say yes, then she's got issues!! What a gorgeous way to propose.
We don't do anything exciting for the day. Mic and I have always said "You don't need a special day to tell someone you love them", we say it a million times everyday.

I would love to know where you get these. I seen it on White Living a while back and have had it saved ever since. If anyone knows, can you email me?
What do you all have planned???

Pick 'n' Mix....

From one of my Favourite sellers on Etsy, is this beautiful series of prints done by irenesuchocki. She is having a sale at the moment where you can buy any four 5x4 or 5x7 prints for $30.00 off the original price. I just love them and am about to go and purchase some. I am definitely getting the Eiffel tower, Merry-go-round, City of love and one of her tree ones I think.
Just a quick post today, as I have visitors shortly and have to ice the Chocolate cake.
Have a fantastic day....Ness xx
