This is the other shop I told you about on Friday's post. It is about 1/2 a minute from my house. It is situated on the main road into Beaconsfield..which is a plus!
If I take it on the first thing to go will be those purple curtains. It is ready to move into, whereas the other shop I have showed you all (click here to see it) has not changed at all and has become the sites dumping ground. It doesn't look like it will be ready for about 6 months...or more! 
The shop measures 7.6 meters across the front, 10 meters along the side wall and 6.4 meters across the back. There is a storage room, which is really big, and full facilities (the other had none).
The beams you can see at the front of the pic here will (if I take it), will house the shop counter. It is a great shop with heaps of natural light...bearing in mind, that when I took the photos yesterday it was pouring from the heavens and blowing a mini hurricane!! It is a bit more than I wanted to pay, but I have way more room, full facilities, a big storeroom/office and 2 great windows for displays....and it's already white! yay. Another good thing is I can be opening in November, like I originally planned.
